A mention about shipping which is known, out of the hand of Supplytronics, the outer box had a hole in it, 1 inch by 1 & a half inches. Supplytronics prepared for this possibility by putting a box within a box. The outer box was Very Stout and large, some shipping wrap? may have gone inside to keep inter computer box from sliding around, but outer damage didn't effect the inter. Shipping so often comes with issues. Supplytronics was GREAT. Great Indeed

The item was exactly as described the phone was in really good shape, however when I took it to get it activated they said they couldn't do it. I do not blame the seller for this I blame T-Mobile for not knowing what the heck they were doing. Very helpful great communication this is someone that I would purchase from again. And I did. I ordered a different phone.
