  Item is perfect and works awesome!! I had a misunderstanding of how the item was constructed based on the description in the ad but the seller was amazing and always responded to my questions and concerns promptly. He explained the reason for my misunderstanding after he had talked with his supplier, but he was willing to send me a shipping label if I did not want to keep the item. He ended up giving me a discount even though I did not ask for one! A+++ seller and I will use again!

  It was frustrating that it didn't get shipped out untill 4 days after I purchased it due to sales rep making sure that it would work for me. I did grow to appreciate him making sure I was 100% on the purchase. It also got here super fast after I confirmed I wanted it. It would be nice if the package contained wire color info. I'm also not too keen on the app, it doesn't seem to do anything.
