  Seller service very prompt and efficient with correct product thank you. Good value. Delivery bod doesn't understand that small packets go thru the letterbox, so I asked my kind neighbour to drop it thru the letterbox to avoid it disappearing in my absence.

  Arrived on time and packaging fine however when I went to use it sprayed very fine mist for approx 5 secs then nothing. Contacted seller who asked for picture of item - which I sent and packaging - which was thrown out days before. Said without packaging nothing they can do. Price is irrelevant when you buy sub standard item so on the customer service side of things alone I wouldn’t buy again from this seller again ..

  The first one I bought arrived safely but this one arrived shattered. Yes this was due to the incompetence of the courier ramming it into my mail slot. However if the seller bothered to put fragile warning tape on the package, the courier might not have been so stupid as to shove it in my mail slot. Had he/ she left it in a safe place I wouldn’t be so cheesed off. At least they refunded me for the loss. So I’ll partially forgive them. They have said they will talk to their packaging department.

  A good brand name so you expect it to be decent quality, it didn’t disappoint, it was value for money as these always last. It arrived in it’s flimsy plastic packaging with just a name/address label so not a good appearance but no postage charge
