  The seller was extremely fair during the negotiation on the price of this Hunter fan, especially since it was a new old stock item from 2013 in its original box. Shortly after my payment, the seller shipped the fan and notified me of its conveyance. The Hunter Caribbean Fan received was in its original sealed box and exactly as listed by the seller once the box was opened and inventoried. The fan has worked flawlessly since being installed.   Wow! This is incredible. Essentially, I purchased a brand new Oppo. Even the original batteries were included still wrapped up tightly in their original shrink wrap. I am so happy I made the decision to take a chance on this seller, I am not disappointed. The unit was double boxed. First the original Oppo box with the foam materials and of course the Oppo shopping bag. Manual, cable, remote and those batteries were all in their original bags, just like new in the box. Chef's kiss!
