  Seller marked it as shipped but included no tracking number. Tried messaging the seller 4 times on separate days and got no response. I spent a lot of money on memory and have no idea when it’s coming or what it was shipped with. Paid almost $58 in shipping.

  This seller sent me a message saying that items were damage after they moved warehouses 2 months ago, but they used same excuses to other buyer half year ago. I am assuming they just canceled my order and sold the parts to other buyer. they fail to honor the sales. not a trustable seller

  This seller sent me a message saying that items were damage after they moved warehouses.That is honest and fine and I would review them well for that but the reasoning they put on eBay is that I requested a cancellation ,the seller lied. They should have been honest I would have understood the truth, liars can't be trusted.

  Hi there, I’m really sorry about this. We recently moved to a new warehouse, and a lot of our stock was unfortunately damaged during the move. We've been working hard to take everything down from eBay, but with so many different parts, it’s been a bit overwhelming and taking more time than I hoped. I’ve processed your refund and again, I’m truly sorry for the trouble. I'm doing my best to catch these listings before they sell, but sometimes a few slip through. Thanks
