  I had to cancel my order because I really need the XL unit and I mistakenly ordered the this one with standard housing and battery. The seller promptly cancelled my order and refunded me as requested. He even offered to help me in any way possible to locate the unit I was looking for, but I already had found one. Excellent service and communication!!

  Great seller. I ended up returning because it arrived a week late and I purchased elsewhere. Was not sellers fault. Item was shipped immediately but was bouncing around USPS. Seller refunded and had great communication.
