I ordered two 12pks and got two 6pks by mistake, messaged seller with a photo of the two 6pks, and got an answer within 30 minutes - WITH a tracking number for a package to make up the balance.   Love the shirts, but unfortunately, they were too small for me so sadly, I will have to return them. Nonetheless, it arrived in great condition with tags attached as described and they looked great. I can see why this seller has superb ratings. Communication and efficiency is outstanding. Will definitely consider buying from them again!
