  The description accurately queries whether there really is a re-entry, but the stamp is a useful addition to a large ED V11 collection. Reasonable timely shipping. Packaging fine. Very modest shipping cost, especially given the $US are used. Value here is very much in the eye of the beholder. Modest price if there really is a re-entry; overpriced if not.
