  This is the second time I have purchased from this seller. Just like the first time, everything was exactly as described when it showed up, he answered questions quickly before I bought it, and then shipped it fast. Not only that, the price was better with him than anywhere else I could find it. Brand new item in original packaging that was flawless.

  Absolutely great response and fast shipping. Many thanks to them. The only problem was DHL (eBay int'l shipping) has minor issue on parcel tracking. Other than that, the whole buying process and requests that before purchase were fantastic. The packaging was also good that protect my purchase without over packaging. I've received my cue in good shape and as I ordered and described. Beside a bit higher than expected shipping cost, this purchase is value for money.

  Purchase arrived in perfect condition. Was delivered a day earlier that I had anticipated. Seller was unavailable for personal reasons and still made sure the purchase was shipped as promised. The price for the cue and case was significantly less than any other seller I was able to locate. So much so that I was a little suspicious. However, the cue was brand new as advertised; the case was a solid case for carrying the cue, and the overall experience with this seller was exceptional.
