  As described, new in box with plastic wrapping still on the box. Great packaging, very securely packaged. Shipping was faster than expected but could have offered a faster paid option. All in all it's GREAT VALUE for the money!

  I purchased the smartphone with the explicit understanding that it would be shipped from Europe, as clearly stated in your listing. However, the tracking information shows that the item was shipped from China, resulting in unexpected VAT and import fees. I demand that you take full responsibility for this error and reimburse me for the VAT charges incurred due to the incorrect shipment origin. Please respond promptly with you proposed resolution.

  Good packaging, fast shipping, item as described, but does not seem to want to connect to T-Mobile. I have not gotten it to register with any network yet but need to continue testing. Documentation includes a table of contents but appears to be missing the actual content.

  Excelente estado del producto, prácticamente parece nuevo , súper bien embalado y protegido , y muy rápido . Súper buena calidad. El aspecto del producto es igual al de la foto. Y el valor de este lo vale por completo para lo que uno espera . Y lo pude homologar en Chile sin problemas.
