  Well what can I say that was said before about the other item I bought except excellent customer service with prompt communication and had me a better price available before I was done scrolling thru ebay!   I really appreciate the kindness that this seller extended to me and hope that I can do business with them again. The books on the DVD are very good quality scans. The seller issued me a refund when I became concerned that the item was lost. Eventually the USPS delivered and this truly was a case of being lost in the mail.
