  Excellent, reliable seller. My laptop was very well priced, shipped in a custom air package and box and is exactly as described. The charger shown in the photo was accidentally left out of the box, but seller promptly replied to my email and shipped out the charger quickly.   The laptop I ordered arrived very quickly, almost 3 days before the estimated date. It was packaged great and arrived in great condition. They were also very quick to answer my questions before the purchase. The laptop's specs were exactly as listed. Just as described, there are very minor scuffs here and there on the outside, but the screen is in perfect condition, all the keys work, and everything else has been perfect so far. Was well worth the money and I'll be ordering from them again.

  Laptop looks good! Performs well. Was a bit dirty but not too bad. Great value! It arrived as described. The packaging was also pretty good and protected the laptop well. Shipping was relatively quick too. Easy purchase! After making a mistake with my first purchase, the customer support ended up rectifying the situation. They are a bit slow with responses though.

  Let's be honest here. I'll rate delivery 5/5 for being really fast. The package was functional, so 5/5. When it comes to what you get vs what you see, I'll say 4/5 because the description of the product does not match what the seller specified; not because the seller lied, but it looks like the product description is outdated. If I where you, believe to the seller's description, not the product description. The value is 5/5 because it does what's intended flawlessly and it looks like new.

  The laptop arrived well packaged and exactly as described. The quality of this used item is superb, and especially for this price. It was only a little dirty but was easily cleaned. Besides that, it looks great! The seller also has great communication too, and they gladly and concisely answered all the questions I asked them before I bought the item. Definitely a recommended seller!
