The 1st one was bad but had to bring it into a bike shop and they thought it was a controller because the battery showed 48 volts. Then they tried a new battery and it worked just fine. Plus the seller WOULD NOT refund me because it was past the 30 days. Now I'm out $200 and bike shop expenses. I ordered a second one in good faith and it came bad AS WELL. The second battery was received and also said it was bad, and even though you didn't provide any more information, we provided a return label and a full refund. Thanks for your purchase!
