  My order was due to arrive on September 11th. I wrote to the seller and without giving me any explanation, he told me that maybe it would arrive on Tuesday the 16th and that I should have a nice weekend.

I didn't say your item was going to be delivered by September 16th, I said that I was going to contact USPS and will get back to you with a response from them no later than 09/16.
