  Seller was communicative after I raised issue with shipping time. It took the seller 10 days to ship the item, and another 18 days to receive it (I understand the actual transit time is ultimately not their fault). In any case, the item arrived well packaged, and exactly as described. Despite the delay, I had a positive experience, thank you!

  The jacket I received was just as described and even better! It's a beautiful shade of bluish-gray in person with a soft, quilted lining. It was shipped to me safely and quickly, and the shop utilized very pro packaging. I am happy with my purchase!
