  Very well packaged and shipped in good time. There was a delay in shipping and the initial shipment was returned to the seller due to some sort of shipping issues. The seller repackaged and resent the item a second time and then it arrived without any issues. This is a great figure of RotB Optimus Prime figure. Well worth the money.

  The packaging inside the toy was badly damaged. Some parts were loose. I have asked the seller for a replacement but there was no response. Since the beginning of the item's arrival, there was a sound like cracker flakes in the package. Because I was suspicious, I opened it and the sound was seen from the damage to the robot's packaging and some parts were loose too.
