  This seller had horrible communication. I had to reach out to the seller twice. Three days after I placed my order I saw that the seller had cancelled and refunded me for the item. I was not told ahead of time or even after the cancellation why they never shipped the item. But I saw on the cancellation description it was because of my shipping address. If the seller had communicated with me better I would’ve given an alternative shipping address.

  Do not buy from this seller. The seller never ship out the item and did not response to my messages. I think the ebay should ban the seller from their website. The sellers charged my credit card but did not ship out the item. I have filed a complaint to get back a refund and still waiting.

  Item was shipped immediately, arrived quickly and in great condition, sealed in original package. Price was way better than buying from KitchenAid or other sites. So happy I decided to check here before purchasing!! Great seller.
