  This company boast that it will stand behind any product that it sells. I received my chandelier with one broken globe, I reached out and was immediately contacted by them. They apologized for my inconvenience and stated that they would put a new globe in the mail the next day. They sent out three replacements :) I feel if this company could not make things right they would refund your money without hesitation. They've been added to my favorites and I look forward to future transactions.

  When I ordered the item it said shipping March 29- April 2nd. However it was dropped off at USPS on April 1. It's now EOD April 11th and I still don't have the item. I ordered EOD on March 26th. I paid $20 for shipping. Bad experience with this seller. I understand USPS might have lost the package but the shipping dates I was promised were not fullfilled to begin with. Seller responded fast but just said that it's USPS's fault.
