  The seller sent out the package with a tracking service, but he does not offer the tracking code for this order. I could not follow up the shipping status of the package. The French post office asked me to pay import tax and handling fee. It is important that the seller offers a tracking code to the buyers so that we can pay for the import tax and handling fee online. In France, we can have reduction on the handling fee if we pay it online before the delivery.

  ordered 2 of th elargest hoses and eventually they arrived, funnily neough poor quality as mentioned on other review but thought i would give them a chance - day 2 & day 3 of operations and "both" hoses burst in different area's. attempted to re order 2 new pipes so got an order in and waited! contact the seller to advise i was returning old burst pipes. seller cancelled new order and offered to refund on 1 hose (still waiting) and now decides to delay again by constant ignorance to money back.

  First delivery was due just after Xmas but never arrived. Replacements sent promptly when queriedbut loosely packed and although bulbs OK, boxes were very distorted.
