  The item arrived well-packed. However, there was a slight issue with the placement of the holes on the product. Because of this defect, I requested a refund. If it weren't for the problem, I would have kept the item. Nevertheless, since it was a well-made modern radiator, the seller issued a full refund. I would consider purchasing from this seller again in the future, and hopefully, the next item will have the holes in the correct position.

  The seller sent out the package with a tracking service, but he does not offer the tracking code for this order. I could not follow up the shipping status of the package. In France, we can have reduction on the handling fee if we pay it online before the delivery.
