  The shipping was great, the packaging was well done, it is described well, and all I had to do is find a dropper bottel with a small enough tip to fit the water tank.

  Arrived earlier than expected which was a plus! It was in new condition as described and fit perfectly. However, the packaging smelled heavily of tea tree oil or something else strong so we are airing out the costume for a bit until the scent goes away.

  Transformer was packaged well, was a great value compared to other models, and shipping was as described which matched the target delivery date. One item missing was the "staff" the War Hammer was supposed to connect to. Grandson was so happy to have Bulkhead that he doesn't miss the staff..but in case you find it....
