  Miki has gone above and beyond with customer service. I had an issue receiving my package (not the seller's fault at all). The post office had marked it delivered however it hadn't been and it got lost for over a week. Seller was super understanding and quick to communicate with me. The post office was finally able to locate my package and my item was exactly as listed, if not more beautiful, and the packaging was so cute it felt like I was opening a present.   I’m very pleased and touched by this very sweet seller. 💕 She and I communicated regarding the doll and its history. The doll belonged to her grandmother and included a little book of poetry written by her also. I’m beyond thrilled and honored to now own this special doll.
