  Sadly, the item still hasn't arrived. However, this seller, Stuffed With Plush Toys has been excellent! They've been in contact regularly and have now issued a refund and an apology for the inconvenience. If only Australia post had been half as good with communication and service this would have been easy.   I was very pleased with the items (which arrived quickly), but I was exceptionally pleased with the seller and the service I was given! I was wanting the gifts for overseas visitors asap. I had chosen the faster delivery, but it somehow reverted and I hadn't noticed until after placing my order. I emailed quickly, and they responded immediately, sending it by faster mail, that day.
