  I love this mug so much. My prior mug shattered at work and I had to replace it. The packaging was amazing, it arrived very well wrapped and sooner than I anticipated. It was described as new, as an eBay novice and didn’t know what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the care instructions packed neatly inside as per my first mug. Compared to other sellers, this was a great value and I would absolutely purchase from them again.
