Had a problem with tracking but that wasn't fault on the seller's fault and when I messaged they were pleasant about it and let me know that it had been happening to other people, they were helpful and fast with their response. I'd recommend this seller to my friends if they'd wanted a band t-shirt or wanted to give a gift to someone. Overall outstanding. Delivery overall was quick and easy.

I needed the item for the following week so, unfortunately as I had left it late ordering I had to cancel and request a refund. This was done straight away. The seller went above and beyond and I was grateful for that. I'm just sorry I couldn't purchase the item but I will definitely use this seller.

The only downside was the delivery as the post man put the parcel through 5 forest road rather than 11 forest road. All it said was delivered luckily I knew the person and they messaged me saying that they were bringing it over. Otherwise I would be non the wiser. Might be worth mentioning to royal mail.
