  Dad arrived safely and as described. In very good condition. It was to be a gift, but unfortunately, it’s too small and the seller will not accept returns. So I’m out $35. It was stated as small size it was smaller than I anticipated. It’s not the sellers fault but it is disappointing that I don’t have the gift and I have an item I have no use for. As I say, seller delivered the goods in a timely manner as described and in good shape. Just my bad luck.
