  Now I’m aware that strugglemax is the name but I promise there is nothing to struggle about with max they took great care of my situation with professionalism and great courtesy. I bought a pair of struts only one made it to me I contacted seller (strugglemax awesome ppl) and they replaced my missing strut right away with 2 brand new once now I got an extra for free and this was the results of bad handling through the carrier but strugglemax still took initiative to make things right for me

  Listing included rear shocks in description. Seller did not send them. When contacted, they stated that was added to description in their error but refused to send them. Instead, offered to sell to at very small discount.

  So sorry for the error caused to you, due to you cannot accept the partial refund,we said we can refund in full after you returned the item back, but you reject the idea, just want more refund.
