  Guitar neck sent was superb value, quality and construction and fast shipping. Unfortunately, I had to return neck since I m building a custom instrument for a customer and he wanted something different in appearance. Seller s customer service was superb and accepted return as well as free return shipping! I would order again from this seller! ..

  Wrong item was sent, however the seller was friendly and willing to send me the correct item for free. I found communication with the seller was difficult. Shipping was fast on both the original item, and the replacement. Quality of the first item showed defects. The second item was flawless, however I found that neither of the two items exactly matched the photos shown on ebay. I will not buy again from this seller, but overall I am happy with the end result.
