Royal Mail intervened to delay delivery by promising it one day and then not showing up. It arrived the next day but the smell suggested something was wrong. Something had crushed one of the shampoo bottles either a falling object or trodden. They had been well wrapped in bubble wrap. The seller made a part refund immediately when informed of the problem.
