  Storm Emergency & Survival went out of their way resolving an issue. I ordered 1 SOS 2400 Kcal EMERGENCY SURVIVAL RATIONS FOOD BAR. Early the next day, I realized my mistake in that I wanted to order 2 of them, since the additional shipping was minimal. I sent a message to the seller, but they did not notice it and only sent 1. When I messaged them about this, they immediately sent me a 2nd one. I really appreciate this excellent customer service. I highly recommend Storm Emergency & Survival!!
