  Exactly what I needed and as described. Item is brand new. However, it is unjustifiable to charge such a high shipping cost when in fact shipping is delayed by the buyer. I paid over $17 for shipping that my item (weighing about 8 ounces max) would cost no more than $6 thru regular shipping. what a racket!
