  Shipping was timely and the packaging was good. The item seemed to be missing a couple of pages from the pattern (there were a lot of pages included, though) so other than that, it was as described. When I contacted the seller, they were responsive. They apologized for the mistake and made it right. Overall, I believe it was a good value. So, all this to say, if I saw something I wanted at their store, I would order from Stitching Chicken again. :)

  I have been in Seattle for a few so am slow in getting this out. I'm very impressed with the excellent service I received from stitchingchicken. There was s little mix-up in shipping but that was soon resolved and the shipping went without flaws. Packing was outstanding, and all the yard was as described and expected. The crewel floss was a very good value. Overall I'm very, very happy with the service I received from stitchingchicken. A very good store.

  The needlepoint canvas was just as described. But the customer service was even better! There was a shipping issue on my end and my item was returned to the seller. She promptly shipped it back to me and I was able to receive my order. I appreciate her quick response and timely communication.

  Top notch service! I had an urgent need to make something for my grandfather’s celebration of life. I received everything I ordered within 3 days. I ended up ordering two sets and they were able to catch the first package and ship together. They were packaged well and I will be able to complete the project on time for all to see some of his accomplishments. Exactly as described and well worth every penny.   My package arrived in record time as usual from this shop. I was so excited to find this pattern at such a great price. I have purchased from this shop before and everything has always been better than described.
