Funko arrived and was supposed to be in excellent condition, i.e. no flaws like corner dings, creases, stuff like that. Once I inspected the Funko, I noticed a small, but Def noticeable crease on the bottom of the box. I took pics, then messaged the seller to make her aware. She immediately sent me the Return Label so that I could mail my Funko back for a full refund. Seller also did not notice the crease on bottom of box. Thank you
