Which saves me shipping as opposed to ordering off the StewMac website. Came exactly as advertised. Brand new!     Great eBay seller, had an issue with package not arriving, and they refunded immediately, to solve the issue. Outstanding communication, and willingness to do the right thing for the customer.     Item is exactly as described by seller a lot issues during shipping not necessarily the sellers fault I would still purchase from the seller they but I would rather purchase their items from Amazon I’ve never had shipping problems buying stew Mac products from Amazon there staff was excellent handling the issues from shipping and communication was never an issue but USPS really dropped the ball unfortunately Stew Mac had no control over that
