  The item was brand new and sealed in the box; it was well packaged by the seller and arrived in perfect condition. this was a Menards product; all mechanical, remote, and electrical features worked as advertised. The Menards Paint Job quality was a disappointment but there was no way the seller could've known that since both engines were sealed in the box as brand new.
