It was in a box that did not indicate that it was an original product, but let's hope it is. It looks great, but it has not been used yet.I don't evaluate communication, because none was needed.

No communication whatsoever to my 2 emails concerning the different item BUT I did eventually get returns label and a speedy refund, but alas not a word from the seller. We had a poor batch of scorecard holders from Masters as the customer stated without a clip, not noticed until pointed out. Return label was sent straight away.

The ones I ordered are more robust, and are not liable to break as easily as the ones I received (this I know from past experience). I went by the photo on the advertisement, as to what I was receiving, but there is no photo of the ones I actually received. I will not returning the tees, but it is regret that I cannot recommend the seller due to this difference.
