  I ordered a small travel alarm with light on 19 March. On 29 March I had heard nothing. I sent an e-mail to the seller asking what had happened to my order-NO REPLY. On 31March I sent a second e-mail- NO REPLY. On 01April I sent a third e-mail-NO REPLY!!! I contacted e-bay, who were super efficient, ( the seller may never understand what that means) and eventually got a refund of £5.99. Even then I still had no response from the seller, STERLINGEFFECTZ, to say sorry or offer explanation.

  The seller has not sent the item. The seller has replied to me several times stating nonsense such as "Royal Mail say they have lost the package"... I asked repeatedly for a refund. The seller has NOT given me a refund - but claimed to have sent a second item, which also has NOT BEEN DELIVERED. Avoid like the plague.
