  Good quality but sizing was wrong on my package. Contacted the seller who immediately offered me a refund which I refused as I said the size sent would be very useful to another member of my family. Very good customer service.

  The item I received is not the item pictured. These are fake! The case is completely different, the earplugs are completely different and even the box is completely different. Nothing is as pictured in the ad at all! Seller has made no attempt to amend! Contacted seller and was promised a refund. However, days later, Im still waiting for the refund that was promised. Seller is now unresponsive and seems to be stalling so that the feedback timeframe expires. I want the refund promised to me!

  Items as described, the foam looks a lot thicker and very deceiving in the pictures but when you get them in your hands it is thin foam. Well packed and prompt delivery
