  I messaged the seller several times and never received a response. The item details showed the item was never shipped. I tried to cancel the order; but it was declined (by the seller?). I never received the item by the ship date so I reported this to ebay. I received a refund within 24-36 hours of reporting. eBay said they saw a problem with the post, so I was given a refund. Kudos to ebay for responding so quickly.
