  Great piece. Great price. Great seller. Great packaging. The shipper did a horrible job, the seller should know. Luckily the piece is metal because the box was destroyed. Obviously much larger and heavier boxes were tossed on top of this one.

  My package was mixed up with another package among the holiday rush. I notified the seller and she was above accommodating, contacting the other party involved, keeping us both posted on what was going on, and had amazing communication throughout the entire process of getting our packages to the correct location. Even though it was a simple error that was timely, I would order from this seller again, solely on how supportive she was! I love my purse. Exactly what I wanted! :)
