Product was received in good condition, box container in good condition, proof of purchase and recomendation and spec letter was included which was great, the only thing we could complaint a little bit it is there is a background noise, it is not annoying but we are not sure if this is due to the no original power supply it was received, we'll try with another power source to check if gets better, despite this issue, I can consider doing business with this seller in a near future
