  I bought some nice shoes from Sabby but they showed up without any insoles. Not a big deal but it wasn't mentioned in the description nor made evident in the photos. I shot Sabby a "what's up with that?" message. Sabby reponded quickly and understood how I could think the shoes should have come with insoles. Without hesitation, Sabby offered to refund some cash so I could buy some insoles. ABSOLUTE STELLAR customer service!!! I'm gonna give 5 stars on item descripion anyway. Thanks again Sabby!
