  -Item bought Aug 5th -Tracking # is invalid -I contact the seller about this -Ebay calls later that day. Says the item is lost -Seller offers me a refund -I accept the refund on the 14th -Seller tells me the item is at my depot & is being returned to them -I say I still want to buy it & I wouldn't have asked for a refund had I known -Seller agrees but is away for a week -Tell them let me know when they’re back -No response -Message again a week later, no response -Message twice more, no response

  He bought a PC monitor, the item was misplaced by the courier, he asked for a refund...he was refunded in full immediately.

  What lovely people to deal with. Unfortunately the speaker was not compatible with the 2023 iMac. I spoke to Emily who couldn't do enough to help me. Em agreed a refund once the speaker had been received back at their premises. I posted it back on Monday and by close of business on Wednesday the refund had been processed. How refreshing it is to deal with a company which has traditional values and really strives to put the customer first. Well done Em and all the team at Star Gate. AAAAAA++++++
