  Unfortunately, because this purchase is from a 3rd party vendor, Spectrum will not link the Xumo box to my account. I was given incorrect information from the Spectrum representative that sold me the Spectrum services. This is not a reflection on the vendor of this product. Star Electronics USA was great. I corresponded with the vendor prior to purchase and the were honest and accurate about the product. I would recommend them to anyone searching for electronics. Shipping cost was a bit high.

  The model number was listed wrong by the seller. The seller caught the mistake before shipping and immediately contacted me and the purchase was cancelled. Nice to do business with honest people.
