  The seller's item was different from the listing, described as an ornament but had no way to hang from a tree. I reached out to the seller, and they immediately refunded the item since it wasn't as described and I couldn't use it as intended. They said it was an honest mistake, sincerely apologized and took immediate accountability. Even though I was initially disappointed, I feel reassured and safe shopping with this seller in the future because of their excellent handling of the situation.
