  Wheels listed and pictures of 3/8" stem wheels, but sent me 1/2" stem wheels. Listed as NO RETURNS ACCEPTED, yet sent me a shipping label to send it back. Listed as an "OPEN BOX", but no original box or paperwork. Shipped it in a reused USPS Priority box wrapped in a dark plastic back, and I'm told by PO that the bag re-wrapped it in is a bit see-thru and can see the Priority box so I need to buy more packing tape and paper to re-wrap the Priority Box. I spent much time and $ now 4 nothing.
