  I had an issue with the poker chip case. I messaged Squirrel Poker via ebay and they got back to me straight away. They resolved the issue to my satisfaction extremely quickly. An absolutely brilliant seller offering good old fashioned customer service, how it used to be when people cared about their customers. I have since bought a second item from them and no doubt I will buy more in the future. Thanks

  Left a note on the order, "if it won't arrive by a certain date please cancel order, seller did dispatch quickly, I needed it on Friday it did not arrive till Monday, communication with the seller did not resolve anything as they said eBay did not notify them of the message. I am responsible for return costs also. Arrive is a plastic bag wrapped in a little bit of cloth, the plastic sleeve on both was damaged and the chips were loose in the packing. Was part of B'Day present not now, useless.

  SP was highly accommodating with the denominations. Communication was second to none, with responses to my questions within 5 minutes. The chip and case quality far exceeded my expectations and I am over the moon with what was received, my home game guests are going to be impressed. The one down side was shipping, I paid for next day but it arrived two days after placing the order, not SP fault, more the delivery company! SP dropped my package at the depot moments after I placed my order.
