  Perfect brand new shoes! Great quality - flawless. Pricing was $60 dollars cheaper than Amazon, so great value. Came in original product box with secure packaging. Great shopping experience with this seller! Two thumbs up! Not a whole of lot direct communication from seller, but did receive an auto message about the product arriving - after I had already received it. Not a big deal.

  Unfortunately there was a problem with shipping and the order had to be cancelled. I was very disappointed because this jacket was exactly what I had been looking for, and I was excited to receive it. The seller arranged shipping right away after I made the purchase; unfortunately there was a problem with the shipping. The seller was very responsible to notice the shipping problem and address it right away to refund me the sales price and notify me that this had been done.

  Item arrived exactly as pictured/described. I ordered a pair Dr Martens 1460 Bex Crazy Horse Boots that appear to be no longer in production. They were impossible to find in my size until now! Fair price, considering. Seller was prompt and patient in responding to my annoying questions. I highly recommend!

  Shipping was something of an enigma: tracking information was missing, and then an email announced that the package would be arriving via Amazon. (?!) The box also mysteriously contained a note saying that the shoes were a gift. Despite all this, the transaction was otherwise good: the shoes look great and fit fine.
