    Item arrived with no original packaging, it was in a box that was too small and not strong enough for what was being shipped, it’s ok though because they used an a5 sheet of the cheapest bubble wrap to put on top of it. My parcel arrived with the cassette poking out the side of the box. When I messaged with a problem they said it looks ok on the pictures, no offer of replacement or return. Had to get it checked by 3rd party. Terrible seller, I recommend you buy elsewhere.

    Seller was not helpful to combine shipping costs for two identical very lightweight items. As purchaser I was advised to select "collect my item purchased" which would not generate shipping charges on that item. Then I was to inform them to ship it with the other item. This made sense until I searched for the "collect" option regarding shipping. There was no such option and I ended up paying shipping on both items. I was shocked when the two items actually arrived in the SAME package!
