  I did order a Cricket Innovate E 5G Hybrid Rugged Shell Matte Bumper Protective Case, Order number: 20-13447-97781 I received a wrong item, this is the photo the one I hade by mail. I wrote to the seller to see what solution could be found, but he hasn't responded. Very poor customer service.
